This solo artist is a singer-guitarist with many years’ experience playing in various semi-professional situations both in the US and the UK.
He plays acoustic-electric guitar and uses a small PA system (100 watts) suitable for restaurant style venues. Although he does not use a drum machine or backing tracks, he often incorporates a Boss RC-2 Loop Station pedal, enabling him to lay down a rhythm track on suitable songs and then add lead and bass notes to build up a full sound in a live situation, which audiences find entertaining in itself.
He also plays ukulele to add variety, allowing him to include a few old-time standards (As Time Goes By, Beyond The Sea, Just The Way You Look Tonight etc.) if the situation is right.

He sings lead or harmony vocals with a tenor voice, smooth,
rich, with good intonation and a natural vibrato.
He has compiled a substantial music library over the years and always has it available to play a special song or request. .
For a number of years he studied as vocal music major in college performing operettas and musicals, while also
working in nighclubs in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.
Later on he worked as a singing waiter with a musical group called "The Barnstormers" at the Windmill Dinner
Theater in Scottsdale, Arizona. During the 80's he was fortunate enough to record a double album of spirit
filled Christian music.

He has played in cover bands and opened for “ Foghat” in 1988. He write original songs, but his strength is singing cover tunes with a very strong convincing vocal. Pretty songs to hard rock songs, all played on the acoustic, very good reviews. He has a home recording studio that he built, it is a sound Proof room with the glass looking through to the control room.
He has been a band leader for the last 10 years, and just started playing solo in January of 09. Since then he has learnt about 111 songs and plays them to applauds.
