How much will it cost to hire entertainers?

How much is having a lot of fun worth? The answer to this question is complex and involves a long list of variables.
Every event is unique in the type of entertainment and the needs required to make it successful.

For example, you may just have a band playing for 2 hours and you provide your own entertaining
before and after that or you might need whole day/evening of entertainment, filled with, music bands,
dancers, magicians, special acts, DJs etc. Each scenario has a different cost associated with it which our
representative will discuss with you fully "In Advance" so there will not be any surprises and assist you in planning. Please remember that quality entertainment comes with years of expereince and deserves to be rewarded accordingly.

Can you save us money?

Yes! AZ Creative Event Entertainment has many relationships with Entertainers of all styles and types
and you can benefit from this. Having the right contacts, knowing where to go and who to talk to will save
valuable time in planning the event thus eliminating any additional costly budget increases.

What is the liability if something happens at my event?

AZ Creative Event Entertainment is insured but we also require that all of our vendors and service partners carry
liability insurance. We also require signed contract and agreements.

This is a very short and condensed outline of our process:

  1. Initial free consultation
  2. Creative process begins
  3. Client receives a confidential proposal
  4. Agreement is reached by both parties
  5. Client submits a deposit
  6. Entertainment plan is implemented
  7. Event is executed
  8. Event is evaluated and final balance is due.
